Abbotsford-Huntingdon port of entry closed

THE Abbotsford-Huntingdon port of entry is closed, the Canada Border Services Agency has announced.

The Abbotsford-Huntingdon border is inaccessible at this time due to heavy flooding in Sumas, Washington. Until further notice, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is asking you to use alternate ports of entry to cross the border:

Pacific Highway, Aldergrove and Douglas.

Pacific Highway: 28 176 Street, Surrey

Commercial and Regular Travellers – 24 hours

Aldergrove: 10 Highway 13, Aldergrove

Commercial and Regular Travellers – 8 a.m. to midnight (PST) (aligned with US hours)

Douglas : 220 Highway 99, Surrey

Regular Travellers – 24 hours

No commercial traffic

The CBSA says it recognizes border disruptions affect both travellers and industry and it is working to restore normal border operations at this port of entry as quickly as possible.

Follow the border wait times for ports of entry on the CBSA’s website.
