NEW Westminster Police are seeking the public’s assistance in returning a found photo album to the rightful owner. The photo album was handed in to police on January 15.

It appears the photos were taken from the 1960s through the 1990s. The name Thelma Dueck appears on some of the mementos inside the album.

“These pages tell someone’s story,” said Sgt. Andrew Leaver. “We would love to reunite these cherished memories with their rightful owner.”
