VANCOUVER Police are investigating after a pedestrian was struck and killed on Wednesday afternoon in Vancouver’s Chinatown.

A woman was crossing near Main Street and Georgia Street when she was struck by a vehicle just before 12:30 p.m. Tragically, she was pronounced dead at the scene.  The driver is cooperating with the investigation.

VPD’s Collision Investigation Unit is on scene collecting evidence.
