Participants began the day with yoga led by Sonia Andhi, founder of Shakti Society. Brandi Liefso, founder of Karmaface Cosmetics inspired everyone by sharing her story of struggle, challenges and success, as well as her spirit of giving back to the community.
Women from all walks of life and from far and wide attended the event and had the opportunity to experience various modalities to improve their health and wellness including, make-up application, aromatherapy, samplings of natural and organic products to promote wellness.
Workshops were also offered ranging from aromatherapy – making your own scent, goal setting, anxiety – causes, symptoms, treatment, financial wellness and estate planning and internet safety, health & technology.
