Single-vehicle collision in Surrey causes severe traffic disruption

SURREY RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in a single-vehicle collision that occurred at approximately 8:07 p.m. on Monday in the Highway 10 and King George Boulevard area of Surrey.

A vehicle was travelling northbound on King George Boulevard when it went off road. The subsequent collision resulted in the vehicle sustaining extensive damage.

The incident is still under investigation.

Due to the location of the incident and the anticipated extended period of time required for the investigation, police are requesting drivers to avoid using the northbound lanes of King George Boulevard from the Highway 10 area. The southbound lanes of King George Boulevard remain open.
