SURREY RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 38-year-old South Asian female, Charlotte Verma.

Investigators with the Surrey RCMP Missing Persons Unit spoke with Charlotte as recently as August 26. She was reported missing to the Surrey RCMP on August 19.

Since then, officers have been following up on all leads to locate her.  She is believed to have been in the area of Sendall Gardens in Langley on August 28.

It is unusual for her to go this long without contact with her family and police have not been able to speak with her in person to confirm her wellbeing.

Charlotte is described as:

  • 38-year-old South Asian woman
  • 5’3”
  • slim build
  • dark brown hair

She may be driving her grey 2014 Volkswagen Jetta with British Columbia license plate GS6 80B.

“Surrey RCMP is appealing to the community for assistance to help investigators speak with Charlotte in person,” says Sgt. Tammy Lobb, Surrey RCMP Media Relations Officer. “Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Charlotte Verma is asked to call police.”

Anyone with more information is asked to contact the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502 and quote file# 2024-122922.
