Babytime and Storytimes return to the Delta Libraries in January! Find a time that works for you and your child.

Make language fun! Start early with Babytime. Help your baby develop speech and language skills. Enjoy bouncing, singing and rhyming with stories. Babytime is a fun, social bonding activity for babies and caregivers. This program is best suited to children ages 0 to 2. Looking for more Babytime fun? Introduce kids to the love of books and languages with Storytime!  Children and caregivers will enjoy interactive stories, songs, rhymes and more. Storytime prepares children to learn to read. Suitable for ages 2 -6 years.

Tuck into a story at Pyjama Storytime! Children and caregivers will be entertained with stories, songs, rhymes and more. Kids are encouraged to wear their pyjamas and bring their favourite stuffie. Storytime prepares children to learn to read.

Thursdays, January 11 – April 25, 6:30 pm – 7 pm – Tsawwassen Library

During the month of January, the George Mackie Library offers a Family Literacy Storywalk. It’s a delightful and creative way to enjoy a story alone or as a family, while promoting literacy, health and movement. Stroll the path of the posted story pages in the children’s area, then upon completion, answer a question to receive a prize.
