BURNABY RCMP announced that they are working closely with Passenger Transportation Board (PTB) officers to target illegal ride hailing in Burnaby.
During Thursday’s operation they caught seven drivers engaging in illegal ride hailing, with one of the drivers being caught prohibited from driving in B.C.
Twenty-two violation tickets totaling $13,434 were issued.
