ABBOTSFORD Police says that the lockdowns at Yale Secondary School and surrounding schools have been lifted and all students are safe. There are no reported injuries.

At 9:30 this morning, Yale Secondary School staff contacted police o report a suspicious male within the school. Yale Secondary School and surrounding schools were placed in lockdown.

Police officers ensured that all students were safe as they searched for the suspect.

Police said the suspect left the area in a vehicle and the search for him continues.
