SURREY RCMP are investigating a report of shots fired at a vehicle on Wednesday.

On December 13 at approximately 1:53 a.m., police responded to a report of male driver in his vehicle who sustained an injury consistent with a gunshot at the intersection of 64 Avenue and 124 Street. The driver was transported to a hospital for a non-life-threatening injury.

As a result, 124 Street from 64 Avenue to Boundary Drive to the North will be shut down to the public while police conduct their investigation. The investigation is in the early stages and police will remain on scene until the examination is complete.
