ON Sunday, August 3, the Delta Police Department (DPD) received several reports of theft from auto (TFA) during the overnight hours.
As a result of the quick response from patrol members, the assistance of community members and CCTV footage, a 32-year-old male with no fixed address was arrested. The male remains in custody on outstanding warrants and charges have been approved for theft under $5,000, possession of stolen property and breach of probation order.
Following the arrest, officers recovered over 50 items, including charging cables, sunglasses, dash cameras and more.
