North Vancouver RCMP investigating fatal pedestrian-involved collision

NORTH Vancouver RCMP are looking for witnesses and dash-cam footage in an effort to further their investigation of a fatal collision involving a pedestrian.

On Saturday, March 9 at approximately 5:45 a.m., North Vancouver RCMP responded to a report of a pedestrian that was struck by a taxi. Life-saving measures were taken by fire crews and BC Ambulance. Sadly, the pedestrian was pronounced deceased on scene. He is being identified as a man in his 20s from North Vancouver.
