ONTARIO: Peel Police seek public’s help in identifying vehicles of interest in Gurvinder Singh’s homicide

ONTARIO’S Peel Regional Police investigators from the Homicide Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in identify two trucks in connection with a homicide that occurred in Mississauga earlier this year.

On Monday, January 20, just before 2 a.m., Peel Regional Police received a 911 call for a shooting in the area of Dixie Road, south of Derry Road. Emergency services responded and located an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds.

The victim, 24-year-old Gurvinder Singh of Caledon, was pronounced deceased on scene a short time later.

Video surveillance of the surrounding area has identified two vehicles of interest in relation to the offence:

  • A black 2024 Ford F-150 PowerBoost hybrid pickup truck with trim package
  • A black 2021-2025 GMC Yukon or Suburban
