November 26,1980 – April 5, 2023

It is with a heavy heart that we share the sudden and sad news of the passing of my friend and business colleague, Sonny Klair. Sonny passed away in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, on April 5. He was 42 years old.

Born in India, Sonny and his wife moved to Vancouver from Central California in the summer of 2007. He joined Savey Mattu’s land assembly team getting his start doing cold calling, and quickly working his way up the ladder. Eventually, his hard work paid off and was regarded as one of the most successful land assembly agents, focusing primarily on Vancouver’s Westside and Cambie area. If you own a property in the Cambie area, I guarantee you have corresponded with Sonny over the years.

Sonny was extremely loyal. He was suit and tie guy, and loved expensive cigars. I have fond memories of getting to know Sonny well over the past 6 years. We were very different, but worked well together and I am going to miss our days knocking on doors and working on deals together. He loved his job and was very good at it.

Sonny will be sorely missed and is survived by his wife, Pushpinder, and his daughter, Harneet.
