SURREY RCMP are asking the public to help identify a man who allegedly robbed a taxi driver on February 1 in South Surrey.
At approximately 11:30 p.m. on February 1, a lone male passenger robbed a taxi driver who was pulled over near 160th Street and 20th Avenue. The suspect used a weapon to threaten the driver and steal his money. The suspect then fled on foot. The driver was not injured during this incident.
The suspect is described as a white male, 5’8″ tall, with a medium build, wearing a black jacket, black cap and black rimmed glasses.
