VANCOUVER Police have released pictures of two men who may have information about a sudden death in the city’s West End, and are asking for the public’s help to identify them.

A 35-year-old man was found dead in his apartment near Davie and Bidwell streets on May 30 just after 11:30 a.m. Although the cause of his death has not been confirmed, VPD’s Major Crime Section is collecting evidence to determine whether the death was the result of a crime.

“These two men were seen with the deceased prior to his death”, said Constable Tania Visintin on Thursday. “We believe these men may have important information about what happened, and we’d like to speak with them.”

The men appear to be between 25 and 35 years old. One man had a long brown / grey full beard. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, grey shorts and a grey-coloured baseball cap.

The other man had a short-haired goatee. He was wearing a two-toned grey tank top with the number “86” on the front and a light-coloured baseball cap.

Anyone with information is asked to call VPD’s Major Crime Section at 604-717-2500.
