104,937 voters cast their ballots on Thursday, the first day of the advance voting period, according to Elections BC.

In 2017, 122,465 voters cast their ballots on the first day of advance voting.

There was a delay in receiving preliminary turnout figures from the following electoral districts: Coquitlam-Burke Mountain, North Vancouver-Lonsdale, and West Vancouver-Capilano

Preliminary turnout figures for these electoral districts will be published on Saturday.
