B.C. is reporting 3,287 new cases of COVID-19, including three new epi-linked cases, for a total of 333,925 cases in the province:
* February 4-5: 1,326 new cases
* February 5-6: 1,118 new cases
* February 6-7: 843 new cases
In the past 72 hours, 32 new deaths have been reported, for an overall total of 2,707.
The new deaths include:
* Fraser Health: nine
* Vancouver Coastal Health: 14
* Interior Health: three
* Northern Health: one
* Island Health: five
As of Monday, 90.2% (4,498,488) of eligible people five and older in B.C. had received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine and 84.6% (4,218,470) had received their second dose.
In addition, 93% (4,311,140) of eligible people 12 and older in B.C. have received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine, 90.3% (4,187,145) have received their second dose and 49.7% (2,305,999) have received a third dose.
Also, 93.4% (4,038,281) of all eligible adults in B.C. have received their first dose, 90.8% (3,927,001) received their second dose and 52.9% (2,288,305) have received a third dose.
Since December 2020, the Province has administered 10,968,111 doses of Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Pfizer Pediatric COVID-19 vaccines.
From January 28 to February 3, people not fully vaccinated accounted for 24.8% of cases. From January 21 to February 3, they accounted for 31.9% of hospitalizations.
There are 23,739 active cases of COVID-19 in the province, and 306,419 people who tested positive have recovered. Of the active cases, 987 COVID-positive individuals are in hospital and 141 are in intensive care. The remaining people are recovering at home in self-isolation.

* 999 new cases in Interior Health
– Total active cases: 7,530
* 499 new cases in Northern Health

* seven new cases of people who reside outside of Canada
– Total active cases: 21
There have been 11 new health-care facility outbreaks at Good Samaritan Delta View Care Centre (Fraser Health), Pondarosa, Castleview Care Centre, Overlander Residential Care, Spring Valley Care Centre, and Village by the Station (Interior Health), and Sunridge Place, Island View Place, Nanaimo Seniors Village, Sluggett House and Glacier View Lodge (Island Health).
The outbreaks at Laurel Place (Fraser Health), Kelowna General Hospital, Mariposa Gardens, Heritage Square, Lakeview Lodge, Crestview Village, and Summerland Senior’s Village (Interior Health), and Eagle Ridge Manor, Fir Park Village, The Summit, Saanich Peninsula Hospital – Long Term Care and Glenwarren Lodge (Island Health) have been declared over.
