WHEN it comes to safety, Elmer the Elephant never forgets our kids! Preparations are officially underway for the 21st Annual Elmer Safety Recognition Awards.
Nine awards will be presented to children who reside in the Region of Peel for outstanding acts of safety on Saturday, May 23rd, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Peel Children’s Safety Village.
Members of the Academy, Peel Regional Police, and various local dignitaries will be on hand to congratulate these elementary school children for using their initiative, good citizenship, and adherence to safety principles to make our community safer. The following elementary school students will receive awards and citation certificates:
