OVER a three-day period, B.C. is reporting 997 new cases of COVID-19, for a total of 350,941 cases in the province:
* March 4-5: 385 new cases
* March 5-6: 327 new cases
* March 6-7: 285 new cases

The new cases include:
* Fraser Health: 263
* Vancouver Coastal Health: 209
* Interior Health: 242
* Northern Health: 79
* Island Health: 204
* People who reside outside of Canada: zero
There are 449 individuals hospitalized with COVID-19 and 63 are in intensive care.
In the past 72 hours, 11 new deaths have been reported, for an overall total of 2,914.
The new deaths include:
* Fraser Health: six
* Interior Health: three
* Northern Health: one
* Island Health: one
There have been no new health-care facility outbreaks.
The outbreaks at Menno Home, and Cascade Gardens Seniors Community (Fraser Health) and Sun Pointe Village (Interior Health) have been declared over.
There is a total of 17 facilities with ongoing outbreaks, including:

– Ponderosa, Overlander Residential Care, Three Links Manor, Hillside Village, Mission Creek Landing, Williams Lake Seniors Village, and Gillis House (Interior Health)
– Sidney Care Home, Amica on the Gorge, Selkirk Seniors Village, Nanaimo Seniors Village, Berwick House Gordon Head, The Heights at Mt. View, Greenwoods and Parkwood Court (Island Health)
