Surrey Police seek public’s help to identify robbery suspect

SURREY Police Service (SPS) is asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect in a recent alleged robbery incident.

On April 24 at approximately 7:10 p.m., SPS frontline officers responded to a call from two victims who alleged they had been assaulted, robbed and threatened near Surrey’s Central Skytrain Station. Meta glasses were taken during the robbery.

Police are hoping that the public may be able to assist the investigation by identifying the suspect (see photo).

The suspect is described as a Black male in his 20’s with a slim build, carrying a backpack, and wearing black jeans and a black sweater.
