SOME of the biggest names in international cricket are headed to Vancouver this fall as Canada Super 60 returns to BC Place from September 29 to October 4 for six days of cricket, concerts and entertainment. Tickets are on sale now through Ticketmaster.
Across 24 matches in six days, international stars including Kieron Pollard, Nicholas Pooran, Andre Russell, Jonny Bairstow, Chris Lynn, Sam Billings, Chris Jordan and Mustafizur Rahman will compete alongside Canadian national-team players and emerging domestic talent.
And you don’t need to know cricket to come along for the ride. Canada Super 60 is designed to be an easy introduction for Vancouverites who have never watched a match.
Played in the T10 format, each team gets just 10 overs (six legal deliveries, or “balls,” per over), for a total of 60 balls, with an entire match wrapping in approximately 90 minutes. Think of it as cricket built for a night out: a fast, high-energy version of the game paired with live music, fan experiences, contests and entertainment, and short enough for newcomers to follow without committing an entire day. For comparison, the longest cricket match on record stretched across 12 days in 1939.
Off the field, the cricket will share the stage with a six-day entertainment lineup featuring Punjabi music, Canadian pop and live magic. Josh Brar, Crash Adams, Anmol Magic, Tegi Pannu, Armaan and Arnaaz Gill and The PropheC will each take the stage on a different day of the tournament.
Brothers Armaan and Arnaaz Gill, sons of Punjabi music star Amrinder Gill, will make their first-ever live performance as a duo at the event. It will be a first-of-its-kind moment for fans of the Gill family’s music.

Season 2 features six city-based men’s teams and an expanded three-team women’s competition.
Six men’s franchises will compete at BC Place: Brampton Blitz, Mississauga Masters, Montréal Royal Tigers, Vancouver Anchors, Toronto Sixers and Whiterock Warriors.
Canadian players including Saad Bin Zafar, Kaleem Sana, Nicholas Kirton, Yuvraj Samra, Dilraj Deol and Ali Nadeem will compete alongside the tournament’s international roster.
Among them is veteran Canadian all-rounder Saad Bin Zafar, who has represented Canada internationally since 2008 and captained the national team at the 2024 ICC (International Cricket Council) Men’s T20 World Cup, Canada’s first appearance at the tournament.
“Cricket in Canada has grown tremendously over the last few years, and having an event like Canada Super 60 at BC Place is another opportunity to show people how much talent and passion for the game exists here,” says Saad Bin Zafar. “For Canadian players, competing alongside some of the biggest names in international cricket on a stage like this is special. I also hope young players watching from the stands can see that there is a pathway for them in this sport and imagine themselves out there one day.”
The women’s competition returns for Season 2 and expands from two teams in 2025 to three in 2026: Toronto Sixers, Vancouver Warriors and Vancouver Anchors. Canadian all-rounder Amarpal Kaur, who will compete for Toronto Sixers Women, is among the Canadian talent taking part, alongside international players including Marizanne Kapp, Fatima Sana, Bess Heath and Indu Barma.
The tournament arrives at a significant time for cricket in North America. Canada made its first ICC Men’s T20 World Cup appearance in 2024 and qualified for the 2026 tournament, while cricket will return to the Olympic Games at Los Angeles 2028.
Cricket is only part of the experience. Each day of the tournament will feature a different live entertainment act:
- September 29: Josh Brar: Punjabi singer and songwriter making his first Vancouver performance.
- September 30: Crash Adams: The Toronto pop duo brings its high-energy live show to BC Place.
- October 1: Anmol Magic: Vancouver-based magician and mentalist combining mind-reading, illusions, comedy and audience interaction.
- October 2: Tegi Pannu: Fresh off his Breaking Borders Festival performance in Malta, Punjabi star Tegi Pannu brings his contemporary sound to Vancouver for his first performance in the city.
- October 3: Armaan Gill and Arnaaz Gill: The brothers make their first live performance as a duo.
- October 4: The PropheC: The Indian-Canadian singer, songwriter and producer closes the six-day event with his blend of Punjabi music, R&B and pop.
Canada Super 60 is a celebration of cricket, culture and concerts, all under one roof.
Canada Super 60 is also investing in the next generation of Canadian players through its Future Super Stars Program, which expanded beyond Vancouver this year with U19 talent trials across seven Canadian cities and more than 400 registrations.
The national talent identification program gives young players the opportunity to be assessed by Canada Super 60 selectors, with standout players considered for the league’s development pathway and potential placement with a Canada Super 60 team.
