THE Vancouver Police Pipe Band, which is in India on a performance tour, was in Amritsar on Vaisakhi (April 13). The members of the band – including Chief Constable Adam Palmer, Deputy Chief Constable Steve Rai, and Vancouver Police Board member Barj Dhahan – visited the Golden Temple and performed at Guru Nanak Dev University.
