ON June 6 at approximately 11:24 a.m., BC Highway Patrol – Burnaby received a report of a single vehicle collision on Highway 1 near the Willingdon exit in Burnaby.

An unknown object is reported to have gone through the windshield of a white sedan, seriously injuring the driver. The driver was transported to hospital and is in critical condition. BC Highway Patrol conducted a search of the highway for the object.
