VANCOUVER Police Department Constable Lee Marten Street Disorder Coordinator – Community Services, on Sunday tweeted this warning to those who plan to get into fights downtown Vancouver:

“If you’re going to be a grinch, come downtown and decide to fight it’s going to cost you.

“$1000 to be exact.”
