THE Burnaby RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a bank robbery suspect.
On February 11, Burnaby frontline officers responded to a report of a robbery in progress at a financial institution on Kingsway, near Nelson Avenue.
The suspect was described to police as:
- White female
- 5’3” tall
- 40-49 years of age
- Medium build
Wearing:
- Grey toque
- Sunglasses on top of toque
- Grey long sleeve sweater
- Grey scarf
- Blue jeans
“Witnessing a robbery can be a traumatic event for everyone involved,” said Cpl. Mike Kalanj on Tuesday. “Our Robbery Section continues to investigate this incident and would like your help in identifying this individual.”
