David Michael Keogh, 66, charged in Surrey child exploitation investigation

ONE man has been arrested and charged with multiple Criminal Code offences following a Surrey Police Service (SPS) investigation into alleged sexual exploitation investigation involving a youth.

In mid-May, SPS’s Major Crime Section – Child Protection Team (MCS – CPT) officers commenced an investigation into reports of an adult suspect having allegedly sexually exploited and sexually assaulted a youth.

The investigation has resulted in Criminal Code charges being sworn on May 30 against David Michael Keogh, a 66-year-old-male. Keogh was arrested on May 30, 2026, and has been charged with one count each of:

  • Sexual assault,
  • Luring,
  • Invitation to sexual touching,
  • Sexual exploitation, and
  • Sexual interference.

Keogh has been remanded, and his next scheduled court date is June 1.
