DELTA Police collision investigators on Thursday attended the intersection of 84 Avenue and 112 Street for a collision involving two pedestrians and a vehicle at 11:30 a.m.

Police said initial indications are that speed and weather are not contributing factors. The two female pedestrians have been taken to the hospital with what is believed to be serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The driver remained on scene and is cooperating with police.
