THE sheer force of a crash involving a car and a motorcycle on Scott Road at 71 Avenue at the entrance to Scottsdale Centre sent the motorcycle flying up and landing on a traffic light pole where it remained suspended as first responders attended to the injured motorcyclist.

The driver of the car was reportedly uninjured while the motorcyclist was transported to hospital.

Delta Police did not issue any press statement despite the intense publicity the stunning scene received on social media.
