ICBC said on Tuesday that because of the strike action by the BC General Employees’ Union (BCGEU), its driver licensing services at the Guildford Corporate Centre in Surrey are unavailable for the day (September 2).

As a result, all appointments at this location cannot proceed. Customers affected by this disruption can rebook their appointment anytime at icbc.com or visit the Surrey driver licensing office at 13426 78 Avenue, as well as any other ICBC location.
