THE Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) tweeted on Thursday morning that it has been deployed to a home in Nelson Court in Maple Ridge.

According to a media report, there was allegedly a stabbing. A number of ambulances attended the scene and officers were in two neighbouring homes. A dog team was also brought in.

Another media report says that a man is dead and a woman who was injured is expected to survive. Another man has been arrested. The two men belong to the same family.
