Abhay Singh Chautala (Indian National Lok Dal), Leader of the Official Opposition in the state of Haryana, was honoured at a dinner reception in Surrey organized by businessman Kirpal Singh Mangat at the Crystal Banquet Hall in York Centre. Prominent Indo-Canadians attended the event that was also managed by businessman Harpal Sohi.
