LANGLEY RCMP are requesting the assistance of the public to identify a suspect who was involved in a series of sexual assaults that occurred between April 20, 2023, to May 4, 2023.

On April, 20, 2023, at approximately 7:40 a.m., Langley RCMP responded to a report of a woman being groped by a man in the area of 201 Street and 64 Avenue.

On April 25, 2023, a similar report was received in the 9700-block of 199A Street.

On May 4, 2023, another report was received for a similar occurrence in the 6400-block of 201 Street.

In all these incidents the suspect was described as:

* A white man
* 5’10″ in height
* Believed to be in his mid- to late 20s
* Medium build
* Wearing a denim jacket with a cotton brim, dark hoodie underneath, a plaid hoodie, black rimmed glasses, black baseball cap
* Carrying a grey or blue backpack with a folded pocket on the right-hand side.

The Langley RCMP conducted extensive CCTV canvass in the area and have obtained images of the suspect.

“It is believed that the same man is responsible for all three incidents which happened within a 14-day period,” says Cpl. Zynal Sharoom of Langley RCMP.
