AT approximately 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of shots fired at a residence in the 13700-block of Grosvenor Road. A male suffering from a gunshot wound was located and transported to a local area hospital with serious injuries.

Officers have been in the area securing evidence and speaking with witnesses to obtain further information. The investigation is still in its early stages and police are working to determine the motive for the shooting.
