The body of a man reported missing since Oct. 7 has been found near the Barnston Island ferry terminal.

Surrey RCMP were called to the location Wednesday after a report that a body had been found in the Fraser River.

With aid from the B.C. Coroners Service, the body was identified as that of 64-year-old Joginder Mander.

Foul play is not suspected.
