Ashleigh Blake, 21, a Miss Universe pageant hopeful has reportedly filed a lawsuit against the Miss Universe Organization co-owned by Donald Trump, alleging that she was asked to please a recruiter with oral sex in exchange for professional help.
Blake, who is from Tracy in Northern California, has claimed in the suit that Miss California USA recruiter Domingo Rodriguez met her in his car in a parking lot with promises to flood her with modeling jobs and magazine cover shoots. But she ran from the place while bursting into tears once he allegedly explained that she had to give him ‘sexual favors’ in return.
“Basically, I had to give him head and other ‘sexual favors’ if I wanted to be on the cover of the magazine,” Blake has said in a YouTube video to raise awareness about the issue.
She then went to the local Police Department but in vain, as she couldn’t file criminal charges against Rodriquez, as legally he had not forced her to perform a sex act.
However, Blake, has now, sued the Miss Universe Organization claiming it deliberately hires such ‘scam artists’ and is reportedly seeking at least $200,000 in damages.
While Rodriguez, who confirmed in March this year that he did meet Blake in his car, has called her allegations “character assassination” and denied of asking any physical favours from her.
