ON Sunday, November 10 at approximately 1:53 a.m., Coquitlam RCMP frontline officers received a report of two males involved in a physical altercation outside the Cat and Fiddle Pub in the 1900-block of Brown Street in Port Coquitlam. One adult victim was transported to hospital by BC Emergency Health Services for non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators believe there may be further witnesses who were leaving the establishment area at the time of the incident. Police are seeking to speak with anyone who witnessed the incident and/or may have captured any dash cam or cellular phone footage in the area on November 10 between 1:45 a.m. and 2 a.m.

Coquitlam RCMP General Investigation Section has assumed conduct of the investigation that is in its initial stages and no arrests have been made.
