PUNEET Litt of Chilliwack, B.C., is on the Junior Women’s Field Hockey National Team that will be representing Canada at the Junior Pan American Cup in Santiago, Chile, from April 6 to 18. She will play as a forward.
Puneet’s current club team is Sea to Sky Hockey Club.
She is the daughter of Jasmail Singh (Raju) Litt who comes from Burjlit village in Ludhiana district of Punjab, India.
According to her profile by Field Hockey Canada, she has been playing field hockey for eight years. She has represented Team BC U16 in 2023 and 2024, captaining the team to gold at Nationals while earning Tournament 11 honors and Top Goal Scorer. Her achievements led to her being named Field Hockey BC’s U16 Female Athlete of the Year.
A NextGen athlete since 2022, she played for U17 Team Canada (2024) and was selected for the U18 team traveling to France in 2025. She currently plays for the Junior National Team and will make her debut at the 2026 Junior Pan American Championship.
