RICHMOND RCMP announced at 4:50 p.m. on Sunday that because of a motor vehicle incident involving a traffic pole, eastbound traffic will be blocked on the Westminster Highway between Shell Road and #5 Road.
At this time there is no estimate of when the road will reopen.
