Robert Flynn arrested by Surrey RCMP

SURREY RCMP announced on Thursday that Robert Flynn, 59, who was wanted by police has been arrested.

On Wednesday, Surrey RCMP had announced they were seeking the public’s assistance to locate Flynn who had outstanding arrest warrants.

On July 21, Flynn was arrested for five charges:

  • Two counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm;
  • Assault;
  • Pointing a firearm:
  • Possession of a firearm.

He was released from custody on August 6 with strict conditions, which included no direct or indirect contact with the victim.

Flynn is alleged to have breached these release conditions between August 25 and August 31. On September 3, unendorsed arrest warrants were issued for him for two counts of breach of release order.
