THIS summer, Science World is bringing its high-energy, impactful summer camps to Surrey. Children in Grades 1 through 6 will have access to Science World’s celebrated week-long science camp right in their own backyards. Running from June 29 to August 7, the camps give kids six weeks of hands-on STEAM discovery.

Campers will dive headfirst into a week of thrilling engineering challenges, messy experiments, and creative design projects. Every day, young scientists will build, break, and learn as they explore the wonders of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and design, and math). Each session offers special guest experts and a trip to Science World’s iconic Vancouver dome for a mind-blowing science show and a secret behind-the-scenes tour.

“For over 20 years, Science World’s summer camps have offered wonder and fun to young scientists and innovators,” said Lizzie Tichard at Science World. “We are so thrilled to bring this excitement into the Surrey community, expanding on the fun, excitement and amazing learning opportunities that only hands-on engagement can offer.”

Spots are limited, so families are encouraged to register early.
