Surrey RCMP looking for witnesses, dash-cam video in hit and run

 SURREY RCMP are looking for witnesses to a pdestrian-motor vehicle collision. On June 5, at approximately 11 a.m., police responded to a report of a pedestrian-motor vehicle collision in the 7400 block of 140 Street.

The pedestrian, an 18-year-old male, sustained serious injuries, but is currently in stable condition, recovering from his injuries.

The suspect vehicle did not remain at the scene. The vehicle is described as an older model black van.

Anyone who witnessed this incident or has a dash-cam video of the incident is asked to call the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502 and speak with the lead investigator Constable Mumtaz-Sheh or Crime Stoppers, if they wish to remain anonymous, at 1-800-222-8477 or www.solvecrime.ca, quoting file number 2020-85301.
