Surrey RCMP seek public’s help to identify break-and-enter suspects (photos and video)

ON Sunday, April 28 at approximately 11:36 a.m., Surrey RCMP responded to an attempted break-and-enter to a home in the 7200-block of 189 Street. Two men attended the front door of the residence and used a breaking and entering tool as well as physical force in their attempt to gain entry. They did not gain entry into the home and they fled from the property prior to police arriving on scene.

When officers arrived on scene, they conducted extensive patrols in the area; however, the suspects were not located.

“We believe this was a targeted, isolated incident and thankfully entry was not gained,” says Cpl. Sarbjit K. Sangha. “This was a brazen daytime attempted break-and-enter into a home and we are sharing this image and video with the public in an effort to identify these two individuals.”

Suspect one is described as a black male with medium build. He was wearing a grey hoodie with the insignia “X CORP” at the front, black pants, a black balaclava mask and black gloves.

Suspect two is described as a white male with medium build. He was wearing a black “Bench” jacket with a hood, black pants, a black facemask and camo gloves.
