COQUITLAM RCMP have arrested a suspect in connection with a series of fires that occurred between September 27 and 29 in the Maillardville neighbourhood of Coquitlam, near Hammond Avenue and Therrien Street, Laval Square and Cartier Avenue, and Nelson Street and Walls Avenue.

Investigators thanked members of the public for their CCTV footage, which was instrumental in identifying the individual.
