A Vancouver man has been charged following an investigation in a homicide this past summer.

Officers were called at around 1:30 a.m. on August 9 for a man in medical distress near Main and East Hasting streets. Jordan Povse, 23, was taken to hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

The BC Prosecution Service has approved one count of second-degree murder against 43-year-old Alfred Henry John Charlie.
