THE Burnaby RCMP bike team was doing proactive patrols near Metrotown when they were approached by a man who said his cellphone had just been stolen.
The suspect was on rollerblades and wearing high visibility clothing.
After a short pursuit, a suspect was arrested and the phone was returned to its owner, Burnaby RCMP tweeted.
