PRIME Minister Justin Trudeau is expected to shuffle his cabinet on Friday and will include more than 10 people, according to media reports.
However, former Bank of Canada governor Mark Carney will not be one of those 10 persons as newly-appointed Finance Minister Dominic LeBlanc told the media that talks with him had broken off.
