ONTARIO’S Peel Regional Police investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have charged two individuals after three search warrants were executed in Brampton.
On Thursday, October 17, police responded to a robbery call in the area of McLaughlin Road and Charolais Boulevard in Brampton. The victim reported that several males demanded the keys for the victim’s vehicle, and fearing for his safety, the victim complied. The males then took the victim’s vehicle and fled. The vehicle has since been recovered.
On Tuesday, April 22, three search warrants were executed by police in Brampton and Caledon. As a result of this investigation, Jatin Kumar, a 21-year-old man from Brampton, was arrested and charged with robbery.
Safaldeep Singh, a 21-year-old man from Brampton, was arrested and charged with the uttering threats.
