WEST Vancouver Police tweeted on Wednesday that a cyclist, a man in his 40’s from Vancouver, was pronounced dead at the scene in a collision on Cypress Bowl Road.

They said that there were no further details at this time as the investigation is ongoing.

The road was closed to all northbound traffic for hours. Southbound traffic remained open.
