VANCOUVER Police Chief Adam Palmer, who took over as Top Cop last May and Deputy Chief Steve Rai, who was promoted last June and became the first South Asian officer to hold that post, last Friday met with South Asian community reps at South Hall Banquet Hall to discuss a raft of issues.
